This whole series has been laugh-out-loud hilarious from start to finish. It rises to the top of my comedic fantasy comic books. This is the final collection but I'd love to see Zub return to it at some point. Rex and Rolf!
This volume is better than the second, but not as good as the first. This is the final volumne and our trio of heroes take a dive into what I would compare with Michael Moorcock's eternal champion. It is a philosophical bend that I was not expecting, but was pleasant.
A fitting conclusion to the series - ending on their own terms and in their own style without compromising the integrity of the work.
Good volume.
This is the final Skullkickers Treasure Trove volume and wraps up the Skullkickers series. It was very well done and incredibly hilarious. The book starts out with some Prequel issues that show some fun history of each of the characters. Unfortunately th...
Zub, Zub, Zub! He is a comics writer extraordinaire! It pretty much goes without saying that if you liked the first two volumes in the series, you will enjoy this one as well. It gets pretty, "Out There," but that is part of this series' charm. Baldy and the Dwarf get tangled up with Thool in a big way and interdimensional chaos results. (And yes, I would love to see a standalone series with the Sherlock Holmes and Watson versions of themselves). As always, the artwork, lettering, sound effects,...
