Farah Rose Smith is possibly the most underrated weird fiction writer out there at present. This collection is her at her best.
This excellent collection is another spotlight in Farah's bibliography. Her writing is emotionally charged and visually evocative. All the stories are great, but stand outs for me were Dead in September, The Witch is The Body, Between My Husband and the Wyrms, A Thousand Alarming Presentiments of Evil, The Hardest Worker You'll Ever Meet, and Becoming Green. Definitely pick this one up- highly recommended!!
Really liked this collection: experimental and weird and horrific and always well written. The title story was my favorite.
