A great end to the series.I’m a bit disappointed in some things with this book. One of my main issues is last few books I felt could be slow in places and go around in circles but this one seemed to do a 180 and sped through everything so fast we didn’t have time to actually process some stuff.I’m disappointed we didn’t see her meetings with the other alphas and we didn’t see how Wolf Creek adapted to their new found freedom. We didn’t see any of Lola coming into her power as Queen and I feel we...
I was really curious where this series was going! The storyline is quite different from the ones I'm used too and the books quite clearly traveled a little out of my comfort zone and yet Calder is showing with each and every book that she's still growing as an author. Therefore this might be my favorite Calder series yet. So, when this weekend this final book in the trilogy came in I could hardly wait to start reading. This third, and last book, is everything I could have asked for. I was still u...
Such incredible Sappiness... I LOVED it!!Wow! 4.5! This series started absolutely BRUTALLY!! Like seriously brutal. I was left exceedingly uncomfortable. Mainly because all that violence was geared towards a young woman. I was raised old fashioned... RESPECT women, ADORE women, EMPOWER women, and protect them (if they cannot protect themselves. So the first book made me REALLY uncomfortable, but to me, THAT is the TRUE power of an artist or craftsperson; to be TRULY talented you HAVE to be able
wow!!!I had no idea this series would end quite like this and I am thoroughly elated about it! I absolutely love the turn this book took and how it ended. It kept me on my toes and in the middle of the book I found myself furiously reading page after page to see where it was going. Kudos to the author for making this read so enjoyable and really making the characters lovable and relatable! Loved this series and this ending! I’m sure Lola has more drama being the shifter queen in a males dominate...
love this storyI throughly reading Lola’s story. There were a few concerns with the names, example when talking about King Chris and all of sudden Spencer’s name shows up instead of Chris’s. I had to stop and read the sentence or paragraph to see who it was really. But it take away from the wonderful story. I love reading stories of girls who are able to stand up and take the lead and the strong males that support them. Alexis is a wonderful writer and I’ve enjoyed reading her stories and look f...

Why did I read this whole series even though I hated it?Two words:Kindle Unlimited
This was a great trilogy. Lola was a strong heroine after she started to find her people (friends). Her fated mate, Tyler, was horrible. I liked seeing her turmoil of fighting the bond with her common sense rather then just going after him because of the bond. I was pleasantly surprise with Spencer and it all came together at the end nicely. I’m a little nervous if we’ll end up seeing Chris and Ace reappear to cause trouble somewhere down the line. Enjoyed it.
Wow what a finale, I’ve enjoyed this series and although difficult to read in parts it all came full circle, for the HEA our amazing characters deserved. Great story and plot, loved the characters. Loads of angst, some serious moments, along with distressing scenes but the friendships and love discovered supersedes it. Some hot love scenes, and the banter in nice. Overall a good series that I enjoyed reading.
Lola is a very weak Alpha .She's clueless about everything. I'm not sure if it's from being in her pack or the abuse she's had . Hopefully she will rise up in book 3 and become the Alpha she needs to be . That girl doesn't know anything .Can't wait for book 3 though its an interesting story . Got to see how this ends .
In this final installment of the series Lola will face Tyler. She helps her father will the Alpha King and she finally faces her old Alpha. It doesn't happen in the way Lola planned, but she gets what needs from each scenario and she gets it in a way that doesn't compromise who she is. It's a great finish to the series. I volunteered to read this book via Booksprout.
This is the last book and we still have suspense. Lola is still trying to break her bond with Tyler. Will she ever be able to? Her friends are at her side, but now her dad is in the picture. He wants her and Malcom's help to take the King down. Will they help and if they do will they pull it off? What is this attraction she has to Alec, will she ever be able to figure it out? Has Kyle earned her trust yet? Follow Lola on her journey of finding her true self and trying to break her bond.I receive...
Wonderful finish to series!I have loved this series from the beginning and was extremely happy with how it ended. There was a few plot twists in this one that were just crazy, but it ended on a fantastic note. Lol Lola didn't know she end up in the role she did, but I loved how the Fated mate vs True Mate turned out. I really, really loved Alec!!I recieved an ARC for my honest review.
Great series!! Lola has not has an easy road. Political machinations, unwanted mates, family turmoil and a dynamic twists you will never see coming. Overall the story was awesome and exciting. It could have used a little more editing, which at times can be a bit distracting, but I still found it to be worth the read.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
