I remember experiencing unexplainable things throughout my childhood, which started with my father’s departure. Nothing really ever made sense to me or even terrified me to the point where I had to confide in someone. For the most part, I thought it was normal because no one ever said it wasn't until at the age of six I started watching adult sci-fi television. Prior to my introduction to sci-fi, I thought that hearing voices from people who could disappear was a typical day for a child. I thought bringing insects back to life with a simple thought was something everyone could do but chose not to discuss.

Why was it not normal to manifest rotten fruits into fresh versions of itself just by a simple touch? I could not fathom how my family could not have the same innate skills that I seemed to be born with.I have always been different but didn’t know that I was different. I thought everyone could hear and see all the different beings and energy that was around them. I thought it was normal to hear voices and see through to other dimensions. Why is this happening to me? Who am I? Why do I feel so alone? Why can’t things just go back to the way they were before...I can’t do this anymore…stop staring at me like I’m crazy... I’m only 9 years old!
