This is a short and enjoyable read set in Ian Rogers’ Felix Renn universe. This time we follow his friend Jerry as a haunted house he sold appears to be more than the buyers bargained for.Just like the rest of the stories set in this universe the dialogue is fantastic, I just love the dynamic between Jerry and Felix. It was also cool that the story leads you to think you know what’s going on and then does something rather unique and creative....and now I’m even more impatient for the forthcoming...

Story set in Ian Rogers' Black Lands and PI Felix Renn universe where a real estate agent who sells haunted houses is called about an issue with one of the properties that he thinks he can solve with a misguided, improvised exorcism. This one is a silly romp that continues to flesh out more of the world the author is building and is really enjoyable in that larger context.
