There are no psychiatric models or diagnostic criteria in this program, it aims to empower veterans by identifying their strengths, support systems, resources, and skills. This program also prepares veterans for specialized therapy, such as prolonged exposure therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy by licensed mental health professionals.
