I am a former teacher who, after years of battling depression, anxiety and other negative states, was diagnosed with PTSD. After the birth of my son, a year after marrying the love of my life, I decided that I was ready to finally be happy. I became my own coach and "raised" my inner child properly, so that I could finally be the person I sensed I could be .
I am speaking also from my experience in working with hundreds of children as a teacher - and hundreds of adults and their inner children. It works. I can teach you how it can work for you too.
