A fun intro to what turned out to be a great series.
I thought this was a cute novella story before diving into book one of the series. You get a quick look into the “other” through Jinx’s eyes for the first time with her.. but it’s just not the right timing, which I thought was a neat spin on it! Luved this short intro story and I really luved book 1! Def recommend this series!
Short and interesting.
Really good short story introduction to "Glimmer of the Other". We meet Jinx and Gato before she jump to the Other. We are going with Jinx to steal something and in the meantime we meet dragons, werewolf and more magical creatures. I like Jinx and her attitude towards life. If she wants earn money, she isn't afraid to take a risky order. Gato is big, but cute. I looked for background characters through information which I have from "Glimmer of the Other", but it was still good fun. It's really s...
Jinx is a Private investigator and a human lie detector. She does not know where the power comes from. Her parents were murdered 5 years ago when she was 18 years old. She has a dog that she calls her baby. The story is well written and the author succeeds in capturing the reader's attention throughout the book as mysteries and secrets from the past become clear. believe it or not, even the dog plays a crucial part. 5 Stars definitively.
I received a free book and the views and opinions are my own. This is a short story a prequel to the Other Realm stories. Jinx is a private investigator who is asked to do a tricky job. While doing the job weird things happen. This was a good read that kept my interest and made me want to read more. I would recommend this book and series.
