The Samur-ri, Warriors of Swords were the greatest Warriors in the Galaxy, able to bind with the Aether to control the Dark Energy of the Universe. They were trained to be the protectors of the Galactic Peace, but now they are no more. Wiped out by the Realm, hunted down to their deaths.
Byrii was trained as such. His master told him that he would be a great warrior. He believed it to be his destiny, but it wasn't to be so: he failed the final test, and ran...
Now he lives in a small village helping those where he can, keeping his secret from a Universe that does not need and barely remembers the deeds of the Knights.
Yet before him is a young lady, and in her hand is a Kaliyamuri Sword, a weapon of The Knights of Swords. How can this be? How can this young girl be able to control such a weapon without any training? Yet, he can feel that she has the potential, and she is asking for his help. To train her in the ways of the Aether. How can he, a Failure, train her as he should have been trained? Yet, maybe he can find redemption, before his past, that he has hidden from for so long. catches up with him, in a Universe that has forgotten, but doesn't forget.
