As a fugitive on the run after escaping Fluvanna Women’s Correctional, Blair had no hope for a future. Her only mission in life was to clear herself of the murder of her son and then reunite herself with her baby boy. After Hood’s vicious attack on Blair, Apex is left wondering who’s after him. Unaware of who he can trust, Apex has to watch his back as well as his woman’s back. This seemed unlikely when the only person he trusts besides Blair is the one person that’s out to get him. His own brother, Coon. After another botched plan which Blair survives, Coon has decided to go another route in breaking the bond between Apex and Blair.

In this installment, Apex discovers that Blair is not who she says she is. Never being the one to judge another person by their past, he gives Blair the benefit of the doubt to keep it real with him. After realizing how much trouble his shawty is in, Apex stops at nothing to help Blair be able to live her life freely... even if it means putting his life and freedom at risk.
