THE POWER (Ability, Responsibility, and Authority) OF IMPARTATION

THE POWER (Ability, Responsibility, and Authority) OF IMPARTATION

David Ravenhill
0/5 ( ratings)
I have seen first-hand that the Body of Christ is:
• Hungering for God’s Power.
• Calling out for, and desiring to understand God’s Power.
• Craving to know how to submit to God’s Power.
• Longing to understand what is going on in their lives and how to be set free.

It is the desire of this author that we, the Body of Christ, begin to understand the Power of Impartation and the implications and consequences of that impartation. Those who have been defiled through an impure impartation must receive understanding and revelation to bring restoration. Those individuals who have been left hurting, broken, and wounded can be delivered and set free through the knowledge of God’s Word, and the Love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by the Power of The Holy Spirit.

Many people feel that anyone can lay hands on them or speak a “word” to them; the only qualification is that they be a “Christian.” This is contrary to the Holy Scriptures and to the Teachings of the Master Teacher Himself. We can be defiled by wellmeaning, good intentioned people, who really believe they are right. Perhaps a pastor or someone in leadership has instructed the congregation to lay hands on one another or to speak a prophetic word to each other; and as a result, this may have caused a number of people to experience defilement, either unknowingly, and/or out of ignorance.

This book is devoted into finding out how, when, and why this happens.

There are those people who say, “God won’t let us be defiled. He won't let anything like that happen. He protects us.” That kind of thinking is contrary to God’s Integrity and His Character. Our protection comes from knowing Him, His Word, His Ways, and His Principles. We cannot do whatever we feel like or whatever sounds right or good and expect Him to honor a choice, made out of either our ignorance or rebellion. The cost for Him was too high. He gave the life of His Son, Jesus Christ, and God is too Holy to allow us to make a mockery of His Principles.

This book was also written with the aim of causing the reader to realize the sober responsibility we possess within ourselves. It will challenge you and help teach you how important it is to walk in an uncompromising attitude concerning the Righteousness and Holiness of God.

As the reader, you will learn:
• The difference between the ability, the responsibility, and the authority existent within you as the creation of God, and the Ability, the Responsibility, and the Authority existent within you as being created in the image of God.
• That it is possible to be the anointed of God as His child and not be the Anointed of God to impart His Holy Anointing.
• What being defiled means?

If you ever asked yourself any of these questions:
• Having been told to, "Lay hands on the sick and they will be healed," why isn’t this happening?
• What does the Anointing mean to my life?
• When does the Anointing apply to me?
• Where does the Anointing come from?
• Why is it necessary for me to be Anointed?
• How do I receive the Anointing?
Then this book is for you.

Sadly, there are few books written on the subject of impartation. However, I believe others will focus on this subject matter and write on this issue.

My personal desire for each reader is that as you read and study this book, you may enter into a place of knowing our God in greater intensity and intimacy than you have ever known or understood Him before.
