Realising the enormity of the task ahead Turner contacts his old friend, former NYPD Detective Ben Brogan to help gather and compile the evidence. Once gathered, Turner hires the services of 'The Ghost Men', an organisation so secret only the Prime Minister and a select few acknowledge its existence. With services rendered, the commencement of 'Operation Thomas Wicker' is unleashed and justice is served as it should be, sending a message and shockwaves around the globe to the evil underbelly of society.
