better then the first one but still weird.
A light and fluffy adventure that lacks depth. Harley Quinn is her typical naughty self, making comments that would make Deadpool proud. While I enjoy reading graphic novels, I must admit this one would be one of my least favorites. Not only did I not care about the characters, I couldn't bring myself to care about the story either. I know, I know, Harley is getting a TON of play these days, and is verging on oversaturation, but it doesn't feel like that here. Yes, HQ is her usual spunky, quirky, psychotic self, but she successfully shares the limelight with the more grounded and prosaic Power Girl. They make a great duo with a perfect balance, and allows HQ to do her thing without being *quite* so murderous. As seems to be a strong trend in comics these days, there's a lot of tongue-in-cheek, sarcastic and self-referencing...
