En-GROSS-ing! This one was so gooddd!! I loved how detailed the Baptism rituals were! The art is fair enough, but the storyline is so dark that my inner witch just cannot get enough of this comics. 4.5/5🌟.
I love this series Having only watched the tv series, this comic was quite fascinating as it’s so dark. I especially enjoyed the Madam Satan mini comic at the end. She is such an wonderful character. Shall be continuing with these.
I....... like the villain......!? She's funny, and I'm down a rabbit hole and I can't stop reading. I think I like this issue a bit more than the 1st and 2nd, because you get a bit more backstory on her Unholy Baptism, and it's rather entertaining.BUT THE GOAT NOOOOO!I was planning on drawing this series out through the month of February, but I just blew through 2 issues because I couldn't stop, and I'm realizing I have self-control issues. And I desperately need to know what Harvey Kinkle think...
PopSugar 2018: 29. Un libro acerca de o ambientado en Halloween Ese final estuvo OH MY.... Necesito el siguiente
And Sabrina is finally baptized! Or so I think. This issue fleshed out the "how to's" in her Dark Baptism and it was quite a delight for me XD Although its kind of a predictable one. I think I kinda like Madam Satan more now, and she looks exactly like the actress playing her on the Netflix series. Wuuzzaa for the great casting! Also, I love the fact that Ambrose's familiars are named Naga and Nagaina, heads up Nagini you might be next! LOL XD
Always love a good Sabrina graphic novel.
Ok, esto se está poniendo más interesante y misterioso, ¡y ese final fue de OMG!. Temo lo que va pasar. 🙊
That escalated quickly. En cuestión de minutos todo se fue al demonio (je). De los tres que leí, definitivamente es mi favorito.
In the third issue, Sabrina is getting ready for her unholy baptism. It was quite a thing, and didn't go as planed. The cliffhanger at the end leaves you wanting for more.
This is another great installment of Sabrina! This particular one seemed somewhat darker to me than the previous two, but I actually liked that about it. It was pretty refreshing. This episode is all about Sabrina preparing to be baptised and a blood moon is involved, too. It gets all rather excitingly gory, and without spoiling anything, things turn quite bloody. Harvey has more of a role in this, and there is much focus on his relationship with Sabrina, and his want to take things up a notch,
Fundamentalists disliked "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" back in the day when she was an "Archie" comics character and a 1990s sitcom star...for supposed glorification of the occult. Let's hope they never cast eyes upon THE CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA. It's sort of like the fever dream of what Jack Chick thought must have been in "Harry Potter:" horrifying rituals, blood sacrifice and conjuring the Dark Lord himself. It's over-the-top and kind of funny, actually, much in the way that '80s heavy
In this issue, Sabrina is getting ready for her Dark Baptism and Madam Satan is scheming in the background. It was alright and the first of three that felt short to me. But can we talk about Harvey for a second? I hate him. He's a lot better in the show, but so annoying here. What gives Harvey? Bleh. There's also an older appearance of Madam Satan at the end, her very first mission. She's beautiful in every version, and the actress they chose for the show matches both the old and new versions real...
😱
I'm really enjoying how dark this series is, because it's even darker than the TV show. What makes everything that much worse is the fact that it totally feels like a sugary 60s story--even includes the old horn-dog cliché, LOL--while some pretty bad shit is happening. This issue is about Sabrina getting ready to be baptised on her birthday, which happens to be Halloween AND a blood moon. It flashes back to when she was younger and started asking questions about what would happen. And also concen...
Damn these comics/graphic novels are DARK AF!I am reading as I know that The CW is developing a Sabrina series much like they have restarted the Archie stories via Riverdale. But this is a version of Sabrina that Melissa Joan Hart never showed us.I'll keep reading them as long as they are free via Amazon Prime Reading :)
This one didn't keep my attention as well as the first two did. Not quite dark enough and nothing really thrilling happening. I'm still enjoying these though! Just not finding anything incredible about them just yet.
Oh, this was so meh. Such a teenage drama and fall from the previous comic book. I hope it picks up again. And what the hell was that porn devil? :D
Sweet sixteen! It's time to choose a path for Sabrina Spellman. Boring mortal or wicked witch?Issue three, is about Sabrina getting ready for her dark baptism ceremony on Halloween night, dealing with Harvey who wants to take their relationship to the next level and a manipulating Madam Satan. In this issue, we also see little Sabrina and her aunts. They inform Sabrina about the unholy baptism. Her aunts say they will love and support her no matter what her choice is, but as I said, this is nothin...
From what I'm discovering regarding the changes from the graphic novel to the Netlfix adaptation, although this one, even having a pretty dark tone, in these volumes is at the next level. On the other hand, I'm glad that in the series, regarding the characters, they have opted for more diversity.
I have just flown through the first 3 books! Yes it's easy to do as they are quite short, but that cliffhanger, again, made me wanting more! Will most probably be reading the 4th book very very soon! Once again, the book gripped me right from the very start, dazzling me with it's stunning artwork and dark content! Cant wait to read the rest!
