This second volume presents a compilation of oriental sketches, drawings and paintings from 31 artists from a diversity of nationalities, some of them, from the Asiatic continent: Japan, Taiwan, China and Singapore.
The book is divided in 3 sections: Color, Black & Grey and Sketches. It contains a total of 122 art works, from which 59 can be found in the color section, 22 in the Black & Gray section and 34 in the sketches section. Each page has printed in the top the name of the artist, number of the section and page number, this way you can consult the content in an easier way through the content index, which is ordered by section and artist.
Due to the quantity of artists that collaborated with this edition, this volume, in contrast with the last one, has more diversity in the artworks, with Japanese genres like traditional, comics, Tibetan, Thai and Chinese.
Other important features are the techniques used depending on the taste of every artist. One of the artists we present in this second volume is the Italian artist Andrea Pallocchini. It is worth stopping and admiring every single of his paintings and sketches, which stand out because of the impressive quality. Also, other thing that deserves to be mentioned is the paintings of Agustin Cavalieri, a serial of 6 continuing images that putted together form the shape of a dragon woman in the background.
There is a lot of oriental style inside tattoos and many ways to do them around the world. We believe this particular vision can be perfectly expressed by the artists that participate in this book. We want to thank all the artists that collaborated with their artworks for this wonderful second book. The included artists are:
