Very short bookEverything I read in this book I already knew. Basically it tells you to eat ginger, lemon, turmeric, soke other Indian spices on a daily basis. Eat at certain times and have a good night sleep; to have a balanced life style.I don't know what I was expecting, but definitely not to read about the things that almost everyone else know.
Not enough informationI thought this was good information for someone who doesn't know anything about Ayurveda but not enough for someone looking to deepen their understanding of the subject.
This is a good sum of the Ayurveda principles. I just wouldn’t call it “ultimate guide. “Ultimate beginners guide” would definitely suit it better.I did enjoy the quick read though and the straight to the point way it was written, hence the 5 stars.
