I didn't really know anything about the cooking school associated with this book before picking it up. Although meat heavy, this bright book with kitchen action photographs is lovely. Few dishes are vegetarian but the recipes that are are bright, healthy and simple. For someone who is new to the kitchen this book includes great step-by-step prep. I highly appreciate the presentation with it's simple garnishes and clean plating.Great gift. Check it out!
