Their leader, Julia of the Bloody Hand, plans for a second warrior queen to rise, a child she can manipulate and mould in her own dark image. She also offers Marcus power and eternal life; a tempting offer on a mist shrouded, soggy island where it always seems to be raining.

Centurion’s Choice is a SHORT STORY and is a little over 6,000 words in length; ideal if you like your vampire fiction short and historical.
