Romeo is a street artist who wanders through several tourist attractions in northern Italy. He shares his life and ideas with his identical twin brother Igor. Routines and rituals will soon mean nothing as the arrival of a young girl sets into motion a perplexing and possibly dangerous mechanism.
At that point things take a horrific turn for the worst. Igor vanishes and, in their tent, Romeo finds a torn-up body. Soon Romeo discovers his brother wants him dead as well and wants that mystery girl too. Could his beloved brother possibly have turned assassin? And why? Was it jealousy?
That bloody trail will not stop as the body count piles up while Romeo slowly comes to learn that he has some incredible powers hidden in the mysterious dreams he has always experienced since a young boy. This discovery will lead to even more shocking revelations about who he really is. Now he must trace his brother, protect this special girl, and survive the clash. That is Only one can survive.
