PERSONAL DEDICATION
I dedicate this publication to Fourie du Preez . As a young boy, I learned much from his example.
Years later, in 2002, he helped to fund my first book, and he believed in me at a time when very few other
people did. It is profound that his youngest son also features as a role model for other young men in this
publication. Above all, all honour, and glory belongs to my Heavenly Father.
