Fantastic story and artwork
This is so good. The twists and turns are so good and makes you wonder who is part of the cult and who isn’t and how far the cult can reach. I originally thought the son might be in on it but I don’t know anymore.
Different Love some good scary comics not bad. Leaves a lot to be discovered next chapter kinda a short read though
See Chapter 5 for review on Night of the Ghoul so far.
This went in an entirely different direction than I thought it was going to go.First, I thought the movie itself held some sort of power, and that doesn't appear to be true.Second, I thought the ex-wife and son might know more about the whole ghoul thing than they were letting on, but that doesn't appear to be the case, either. If this is just a straight-up ghoul monsters taking over story, I'm not sure if I'm as excited as I was after the first issue.I guess I'll wait and see what happens in #3

“If only we’d known what was coming that ancient creature older than our nation – than any nation – already on its way here. A beast that hides inside a human host, feeding on the dead, growing stronger and stronger... until it’s ready to emerge and bring death to millions. How many ghouls exist, no one knows. Some are hundreds of years old, others old as life itself. The one just then arriving on our young shores...was the worst of all.” While I wait for the next issue of We Have Demons (com
I'm really get into this story. I like the artwork and the plot a lot so far.
Part 2: The ratchet turns againThe cuts between the old film stock, visitation and the explorationof the machinations within the facade of whatever septic environs the characters find themselves in are ratchet twists of incremental dread.
I read this book via Kindle Unlimited. So this comic has carried on from where the last left off with the mystery of the 1918 war film being left on hold. However, in this comic, we get a little more background that perhaps the story wasn't as much fiction as originally hoped. The film follows two soldiers, one of whom returns from war different. People are being killed and his son has noticed the change. However, it's simply dismissed as shell shock and nothing more...But what if it's somethi
Holy shit… krasojízda pokračuje.
I hope we get some more backstory on the ghoul at some point. This issue introduces a few more details about both the monster and the film, all intriguing, but I’m hoping the pace picks up a bit.
While it’s employing the “you just don’t get it it’s real” trope of horror it’s so well paced and made that it’s keeping me on the edge of my seat.
Issue 2 carries on nicelyNot sure if there was anything that stood out enough about this issue to jot down. It continues the story nicely and ends on a cliffhanger like those old TV serials from back in the 1940s. I could almost hear the orchestral shrill of strings reaching the last panel. And I guess if there were something I had to say was that the panels are nicely framed. There’s this one when the doctor enters the room while Dad is talking to the filmmaker that reminded me of any number of...
