Dalvit, assistant curator of Sculpture, and presented at Frick Madison, The
Frick Collection's temporary home. Included are eleven exquisite porcelain
disks by the internationally acclaimed Italian sculptor Giuseppe Penone . Each disk bears a fingerprint,
one for each of the artist's fingers. Penone made these
during his 2017 residency at the Manufacture nationale de S�vres, the
influential porcelain factory founded in the eighteenth century. They are the
first works in porcelain Penone has created and are among the largest pieces of
porcelain ever produced at S�vres
