I feel like the character work done here was very to excellent. I love that this is a logical development in the story arc of The Scarlett Witch is evil to mutants. I’m interested to see what goes on next.
Beautiful writing, equally beautiful art. I haven't picked up an X-Men comic since I was a kid but this makes me want to pick up on what I've missed. Looking forward to the rest of this particular series

E mentre Magneto c...
The story is intriguing enough for me to want to know what happens next. Honestly I’m reading this since it has something to do with Scarlet Witch. I like the art of Scarlet Witch here with the flowers. But I feel like the conflict happened so quickly, I understand why Magneto is mad because of the accusation, but couldn’t he just prove himself that he’s not? Can’t someone read his mind or something. Anyways can’t wait for the next issue.
wanda's bits were the best part, I think
Although I was surprised by this one, I was kinda expecting more. The conflict feels a little old and the resolution looks like something predictable, that we've seen before. Scarlett Witch is dead and they're blaming Magneto, who is his father (According to my memory). Others are doubting but the evidence is there and a trial is necessary. Was he guilty? Is she truly dead? We'll see
I wasn't onboard the idea of yet another Trial of Magneto (because seriously, can't we come up with new stories already? Featuring many of the underutilized mutant characters with untapped potential on the X-Men roster? Instead of rehashing old plots with the same ol' faces?) but was surprisingly intrigued and engaged by what Leah Williams has given X-fans so far in these pages. Consider me onboard as of now. - The writing is good, even beautiful in some places. As in the prose, the turn of phr...
"The stick stays." Leah Williams' Northstar is fantastic. This didn't waste any time ratcheting up the tension and intensity. A lot happens and it's handled well. Great start.
Honestly the worst thing to come out of krakoa. This is a review for the whole arc but it's a massive unstructured mess where ludicrous things happen - even for an X-Men book! Just too much and awful characterisation.
This was a very emotional issue, it has my favorite character's death and the last slides were amazing. I love how they explain grief just like in wandavision, it gives you the true meaning behind grieving a loved one and I think that's beautiful...I teared up in the end.
A murder mystery? A secret motive to kill? More than one hater that wanted her dead? I can’t wait to read the next number
More of a 3.5 but I'm willing to round up. This took X-Factor, a team that has been a lot better in theory than in execution, and just barely managed to make them come across as more competent and respectable than ever. X-Force's presence was supposed to feel like an intrusion to X-Factor, and it always feels like an intrusion to readers, too. As usual for X-Force, only Wolverine and Domino were actually physically present, maybe with Beast and Sage communicating by comms from somewhere else, an...
Everyone assumes that Eric was just waiting for the moment to kill Wanda. Like that isn't going to end badly.
The trial starts with a murder investigation. This could have been a single issue like X-Men #200, which was the last trial of Magneto I remembered. Now, it's a mini-series event. Personally, I think it's just overkill.
16 of 16, up to date, think I may so something similar going forward.So... Wanda isn't dead, or is she? The last few panels confused me a bit but I guess it doesn't matter as if she is "dead" she'll be alive again at some point when Marvel get bored. The issue was pretty good. I've never really had any affinity for Scarlett Witch so her death didn't really bother me and I probably missed on the emotional side they were trying to sell.Good art, good pacing, logical story line and we'll written wit...
WHAT *vibrating at the like normal frequency like whatever no big deal gimmegimmegimme*
Minddd blowinggggg
Lol, this series was sort of confusing. Wanda and the Xmen have had a long-hard relationship and most of them don’t like her (for good reason) and this comic makes it seem as if they do like her…? Like Rachel Summers does not like Wanda, after wanda did the no more mutants thing Rachel had a really bad time dealing with it, and which would obviously lead to the fact she wouldn’t really like Wanda and wouldn’t want to interact with her and for some reason…Rachel Wants to help Wanda? Also TBH wand...
There were two things I was fairly certain of before I started reading this comic: 1) Magneto did not kill the Scarlet Witch; and 2) The Scarlet Witch is not dead. After reading #1 I’m still fairly confident on both points. Why don’t I think Magneto killed Wanda? Because that’s the obvious, simple answer, and the one that X-Factor have reached by the end of #1. Therefore, it must be wrong, else what’s the point of this series? A mystery with an obvious solution is no mystery at all. Personally, w...
