Oh the adventures of Amelia, Cassie, and Folline. Three lovely, loyal young girlfriends who stumbled into the unfortunate situation of a deadly mistress. So in a nutshell, this was a very straightforward tale of terror. I think keeping it simple was a smart move, especially in the roughly 100 page story. Dad is having an affair. His daughter feels sorry for her mother and plans revenge on the mistress. But her home isn't empty. Some bad surprises are waiting on Amelia and her two girlfriends... the story starts slowly and you would never have suspected it to turn into such a nail biting tale of violence, gore and terror with many great details (e.g. the photo book they find). Intriguing, well written and interesting to the very end. Really recommended!

This was a fun book to read. Mr. Newman has a style of writing that makes you feel like you are part of the book. There are a couple of questions that are unanswered. With that I give it a 4.5/5.
