I really like the discussions in this issue about how Kamala’s law is affecting everyone, including “normal” teens. I also like that they acknowledge things are different for minorities as well as draw parallels with real world things.
Loved the first issue and this one is almost as good.I don't really have a lot to say about this except that I enjoyed it a lot.

ERROR: Starling evaded capture by C.R.A.D.L.E. at the end of issue #1 (she even had dialogue), so why was she in the detention facility at the start of issue #2?
Normally I would be thrilled to read a comic that features Speedball, Silhouette, Timeslip, and at least mentions Justice. However, the New Warriors are relatively minor in this issue, and tonally they are cast as quasi-villains.I despise most of the characters in Champions.
