Since the titles of the short stories are not mentioned in the official blurb, on the publisher's site, or anywhere else I could find, I listened to the narrator's intro to each story and typed up a listing, which is shown below in the order they appear in the recording.Includes:Cash Final Voicemail (a voicemail left by Cash van Amsberg) by Blair Babylon (inspired by Working Stiff), narrated by Joe Arden (26 mins 12 secs)Then You Kissed Me by Willow Winters (prelude to Tequila Rose), narrated by...
▪️ The Incident by Elle Kennedy - 3 stars ⭐️ “it’s just me and Dean at the house tonight. Dean, the arrogant wise-ass who thinks sport fucking should be an Olympic event. And me, the vulnerable tipsy chick who’s grieving for a failed relationship. Not a good combo, folks.(…) Break-ups really fuck with your mind.”- Allie
Overall 3.5 stars. As with all anthologies, I loved some and was more meh on others. I took super brief notes as I was listening. Mainly the title, narrator, and then star rating and sometimes a few words that summed up what I thought. So, I’ll put those down below. Cash Final Voicemail by Blair Babylon: narrated by Joe Arden – 3 stars. Love the narrator. Meh story. Then You Kissed Me by Willow Winters: narrated by Brian Pallino – 4 stars. Love the narrator. Forever Girl by Kate Canterbary: narr...
A very special review this time, because this anthology is an audiobook exclusive, and isn’t available everywhere. From some of the best romance authors, narrated by some of the best romance narrators, a very interesting anthology of short stories. They’re all prequels or sequels or spin-offs or bonus scenes of other books from the authors, but since they are quickies about quickies, it doesn’t matter. You get enough of the characters and their story to enjoy their little romp in the wild.I haven...

I’ve never read AL Jackson but after her short story I’m 100% reading the rest of her books.
Ame leer el pequeño extra sobre lo que sucedió entre mis rubios fav esa noche. <3
For The Incident - Elle Kennedy This was fine. One way again, I really do not understand why exhibitionism wasn’t more of a thing in Dean and Allie’s relationship / book, seeing as how Dean’s secret reason for having sex all over the place is brought up so many times in the previous books. It was cool that this scene was finally filled in - as it was a bit strange in the book only getting this stuff stated post the fact.
I downloaded this because someone referred to a short story for one of Helena Hunting's books that they'd heard on here and I had to know. (Turns out, I'd already read that one, but I loved listening to it.) While I didn't love every single story, I definitely liked them all - and definitely want to take the time to look into a few of the series these are a part of.
Just the Incident.
DEANALLIE DEANALLIE DEANALLIE.
The Incident - 1 star
Only read Allie and Dean's history and it was too short for me! I wouldn't care to read everything about it to be honest
The tittle says it all and my are these characters insatiable.I liked the variations of the stories and people and the glimpses into relationships.
My first foray into audible books and whoa....HAWT!!! Glad they were all short stories :-)
Absolutely fantastic quickies and even better bonuses at the end! I picked this up because of K Webster, but found a few new authors to look into along the way. Great collection.
Read The Incident by Elle Kennedy
I loved some check ins with old favorites and getting a glimpse into some books I haven't read yet but definitely want to!!
Fun valentine read
"THE INCIDENT" (OFF-CAMPUS #3.5) -ELLE KENNEDYIt was sexy but way too short! -MJ
In this book I only read "The Incident" because it was the extra scene about Dean and Allie.I loved it because it finally put an end to my curiosity about what happened the first night the two of them slept together and what they talked about because in the book it self it goes from that night to the next morning where she wakes up she wakes up in Dean's bed and then proceeds to ignore him for some time.
