Billy Struthers life was a struggle … then it got worse. An orphan at 14, homeless, and reviled in high school; he avoided the underbelly of life and strived for acceptance. Her friendship with Billy was on her mind when she walked the church aisle to marry her high school sweetheart. At twenty-five and divorced she asks whether it’s too late to confess her love and step into his world especially now that she sees the man he had become. Then there was Paris where Billy’s army career and Catherine’s heart are at stake!
