This one was a mess. I loved the first 3 books of the series, but this one was simply awful!The heroine was a total bitch. She was rude, pushy, selfish, ungrateful, nosy and completely unfair. This is more like a 3.60. I just really didn't love this one as much as the others. It was engrossing, but most of the time I was frustrated.It's the women. I am amazed it's taken quite a while to get back to the residents of Virgin River. Although what I term as fluffy it was a great story, made all the better by an excellent narrator - Therese Plummer brings the story to life and keeps you engaged from start to finish.If you love Jill Shavis' Lucky Harbor and Susan Mallery's Fools Gold then it's time you planned a trip to Virgin River.

How to describe Robyn Carr's Second Chance Pass? I would have to say it's like a hokey, slice of life wholesome soap opera based in a little mountain town in Northern California.
