Cab drivers see the human drama from every angle. Every ride is a new movie. Most of them were boring or mundane and lasted only a few minutes. Fortunately, every once in a while, one would come along that was action thriller, a horror show, or a comedy. Sometimes, it would be a blockbuster! These stories are drawn from real events I experienced while driving a Yellow Cab over the streets of San Francisco in the late 1970s. Names have been changed or are used fictitiously
