In an adventure crossing three continents, former army officer Ben Douglas faces down the challenge of industrial espionage and extortion. Joining his family’s company, he deals with blackmail, kidnap and extortion in the UK and then leads the fight to an elusive enemy, Harvey Jackson III, in the US. Ben learns to adapt from the black and white simplicity of a soldier’s life to the greys of a world where right isn’t always legal. The chase moves from Chicago and New York, to West Virginia and Montana until Jackson disappears. He resurfaces on the Arabian Peninsular in Oman. Ben finds himself much closer to the action than anyone expected as Jackson is finally stopped on the Arabian Sea.
