Some good points, though nothing I’ve not read or heard of before. The advice is still good nonetheless.

To the point!this cuts out all the bullshit that is usually spouted in the majority of self-help books and cuts down to the (sometimes overtly simple) bone. do you want to be happier? then pay attention.
