5 ⭐I thought this book was very good. Glad to see that Darcy and Erik survived the snap. Also happy to see Jane again too. Happy that Erik's mind was fixed and Darcy put her political science degree to good use. Also happy to see that there were other scientists too. The Avengers mentions were cool too. Hope they find a way to bring the people back who vanished in the snap.
It’s a nice quick read and has a really interesting concept behind it. I tried to keep this as spoiler free as possible.Negatives: One of the things that disappointed me is that the characters the author had created were pretty forgettable especially the villain and that the ending didn’t make as much sense.Positives: I especially liked Darcy’s character as well as the new character Felix. The story, even though wasn’t as thrilling as I thought it would be, kept me interested. It also gave a per...
3.5I enjoyed this! And I think I was surprised but how much I enjoyed this in the end. Within the first fifty or so pages, all I could think about was the "it's free real estate" meme because of the child prodigy Felix. He was essentially a vessel for fandom culture and slang ("tea", "salty", etc) and occasionally he did get on my nerves but overall I knew why he was there. This was written for young adult readers but I've definitely read better YA sci-fi than this. But that's not me saying this...
This is the third and possibly final book revolving around Infinity War. Here, we see the world after the Decimation that Thanos caused and reunite with Dr. Selvig and Darcy from the Thor films.I love the idea, but I wasn’t a fan of the execution of this book. My biggest problem was that it didn’t go into how the world was affected by such a huge loss. If the world lost half of its population by random selection, it would have coverage and the world wouldn’t get by that quickly.I really wanted t...
This Cosmic Quest was interesting but not AS INTERESTING as the last one I read. In this Quest, we follow Darcy, the Professor and their new intern Felix as they search for Dr. Jane Foster. The Professor rekindles with some cronies and the Science Avengers start up.
meh.
Honestly, not so good. The villain is someone who steals other's ideas and builds them himself - something I'm sure annoys everyone. But the book itself has quotes taken from other media (some of which are less frustrating than others.(view spoiler)[ "Thank you for your Candour" is okay because its a saying and not wholly taken by Divergent, but then we get "put the thing on the thing" from the LEGO movie, and at the end the 'skywalker' boots made me die inside. Also, they take the name Science A...
I may change this rating at some point once I see how it interacts with Avengers: Endgame. I enjoyed the journey and especially all the new characters we met - Science Avengers - but I'm not sure how this is going to impact the larger Marvel universe. I would love to see Jane, Selvig, and Darcy involved once again with the Avengers as they deal with the decimation, but am not confident that it's going to happen. All that said, I would definitely read more of this story should it be made available...
Very interesting, good paced and NOT loooonnnng with extra boring details book.
Феноменальная поебень.
Not what I expected but okay. Helps to have seen the first 2 Thor and Avengers movie as they reference back to those events throughout the whole journey.
Not bad, I'll love if it actually ties into the next movie somehow. I've missed Darcy.

Out of all the franchise tie-ins I've read, this one seems the most pointless. A problem compounded since the MCU doesn't really have a "canon".
