No one ever told me that it was so hard to become a millionaire. But I've learnt one secret... If you obeyed the teachings of Jesus to the letter... It would be like engine oil to your engine on this rough road. The market is changing everyday and what is selling is not fundamentally products - it's belief systems.

More of 3.5 stars. An easy and short read.General encouragement for those days when no real high is sinking you real low. A reminder to put in your all and do well, prioritize, take care of all things important and be persistent! Some of the take away from this book:Law of Cause & Effect. This law says that there is a specific effect for every cause. For every action, there is a reaction. Nature is neutral. The natural world or the market place does not care who you are or what you are. If you do w...

"The most important factor in achieving great financial success is not the money. It is the kind of person you have to become to earn that money and then hold on to it...Here's the best news of all. Virtually everyone starts with nothing. More than 90 percent of all financially successful people today started off broke or nearly broke. The average self-made millionaire has been bankrupt or nearly bankrupt 3.2 times. Most wealthy people failed many times before they finally found the right opport...

The author is accustomed to repeat same thoughts and ideas in each and every book he has written.Even though It was a short read with good ideas...
Extremely insightful
Good 21 actionable points. As always, Brian Tracy needs no special mention. A no non-sense and to the point read
This book was a little too aggressive for my taste. But it has good points. I don't think that not socializing with your coworkers, every now and then, is a good idea. You will end up alienating yourself and possibly create a high tense atmosphere. Great questions this book posted:- Project your life in 5 years: "In 5 years, I want/need to be ____"- What's one thing you would do if you knew you could not fail?- What one skill, if you develop, would give you the most positive impact? Having a goa...
While it may be very true that following the comprehensive tips in this book will probably make you loads of money... it will probably also make you utterly miserable! One particularly sad tip was to simply "work harder... AND longer". Uhhhhh ok. There were some genuinely good tidbits scattered sparsely through the book, but honestly overall I felt like this book embodied a lot of what is fundamentally unhealthy in our modern relationship with money, happiness and fulfilment. This left a slightly...
This book is easy to understand. It says some common things in straight words. It asks some inspired questions to review myself regularly. To remember well about these rule details, I copied them.1. Dream big dreams.2. Develop a clear sense of direction.3. See yourself as self-employed4. Do what you love to do.5. Commit to excellence6. Work longer and harder7. Dedicate yourself to lifelong learning8. Pay yourself first9. Learn every detail on your business10. Dedicate yourself to serving others11...
In the fields of achievement & motivation, Brian Tracy is like no other. I read 4 of his books so far and all of them contain practical & actionable tips for anyone & everyone. As I knew his writing style, I pretty much expected to see repeitions of similar ideas. And although I had thought he just copied & pasted all his ideas in each book, on second thought I believed that is what made him so successful as a peak performance coach. The repetition is the mother of learning, says Anthony Robbins...
"Your life only gets better when you get better" Despite this repelling 'read-bait' book title, this book is worth recommending. I recommend it to everyone willing to take their life into their own hands and design the life they want. Those 21 rules of 'how to be better and have better life' may not be complete, and you may not agree on every one of them, but they are a great starting point for a personal roadmap to have a better life. They start with a vision of your perfect life and then desc
This was a very enjoyable and quick read. I enjoyed that the chapters were succinct and straight to the point. I appreciated the action exercise given after each chapter. It gave me the encouragement I needed. Success is predictable. Furthermore, financial success is inevitable if you are diligent in the steps outlined in the book. I will definitely refer back to the action exercises throughout the year. The book has already helped me with working harder and longer, sticking to the task at hand
An excellent book that should be taught in school.21 success secrets is yet another excellent book by Brian Tracy. Many people believe they cannot get what they want in life, so they become depressed and go into a self-destructive downward spiral. If such people were reached in high school, even if their home environment were not conducive to productivity and success, they would learn to take the long view until conditions changed (which they would). This book is not such a long book. If you appl...
