Granted, it was late that night but he was in desperate need to speak to the Father. He needed to know if he was still there for him as he had promised, especially in times like these... You see, once he had had a wonderful life; good job, great home, wife and family - you know the whole nine yards.

But one stupid decision took it all away... He had been on a business trip for his firm and had landed a great account. The client suggested they celebrate with some narcotics. Though he had never tried them before as he was a Christian, he didn't want the client to think him anti-social, so he entered into a world not sanctioned by God and now...

One year later, everything was gone; the job, the home, the wife and kids... it was just him and his pipe. He felt so lost and alone and before he took the last thing he owned - his life, he just wanted to speak to the Father one last time. He wanted to call and see if the promises He had made many years ago were still there; even for the likes of him...
