Trey wakes up in a hospital, with no memory of the bicycle accident that put him there. A few minutes later he falls asleep, only to wake up in a different hospital, with a different doctor. He soon discovers that this world is one filled with superheroes and villains. In fact, its a world that he's been playing with his entire life, a world that he's been making up for years, and now he finally gets to experience it!

But being a superhero isn't all fun and games, in fact, some of it outright sucks.

As time goes on, and Trey continues to move back and forth between the two worlds, he becomes less and less certain about which one is real, and more and more concerned about the consequences of his actions.
