Hey friend, it’s Jack. These journals are the story of how I escaped being a prince, found myself trapped, and finally saved the day.

The second story is after Shoal and I were trapped by a human. We knew we would escape from this human girl, and see everything that we were meant to, but I hated that we would have to go home soon, and I hated that humans couldn’t seem to understand us.

There’s just one issue, as Shoal reminded me. We were going back to the palace, the place we ran away from. I had a nagging bad feeling that wouldn’t’ leave me alone, but we were sure to find out what it was soon enough.
