The results of a benchmark study on the topic 'Operational Excellence in the Pharmaceutical Industry' are summarized, analyzed and presented in this book. The study was conducted by the University of St. Gallen and the International Association for Pharmaceutical Technology More than 100 pharmaceutical production plants in more than 20 European countries participated in the study.
