But, much of that storyline is actually true. Lee Rogers is a real person. He refers to his invention as “The Billion Dollar Engine.“Lee invented it - he patented it - he even proved that it works. But, so far, the world seems to have ignored him! The Big Question is - WHY? As you’ll soon discover, this manual directly addresses that question.First - the good news. Now you can create your own version of Lee’s “Engine.” But, be forewarned; this project is not for “klutzes.” A degree of skill is needed to safely complete it - but, it’s not complicated. All you do is replace sparkplugs with valves, install a compressor and air tank, and hook things up. If you have any doubt about your skills, get a qualified friend to help you out.I spent countless research hours to confirm that this unique invention works. To my surprise, it really does work - and, quite well at that! Just as surprising is the fact that “The Billion Dollar Engine!” is one of my best selling mail order manuals . This is my first stab at marketing it via the Internet; specifically with Amazon.Many folks believe that this is a perpetual motion engine - IT IS NOT!. Lee Rogers himself never made such a wild claim. But, as soon as newspaper reporters picked up on the storyline, they found no problem with stretching the truth - a lot!In reality, the “Billion Dollar Engine” works great for short-distance “around-town” driving. A great deal of research is being devoted to extending driving range; with promising results. But, minor “bugs” still remain. Dependable long-distance driving on open highways has yet to be perfected.As they say: “Just give it a try - you’ll be glad you did!”
