In my job, after long years in finance, I found a balance in coaching, consulting and training.
These Toltec Agreements, firmly rooted in the 21st century have allowed me to discover who I really was and to apply, for 10 years now, for myself and others, their ancestral wisdom.
Indeed, the four Toltec agreements can be broken on both the personal sphere and the professional sphere. We are the same person, and apply them personally and forget when we cross the door of our work would be a shame ...
I practice martial arts since the age of 7 years. My successive Sensei taught us that the rules of life learned in the dojo should be applied beyond the gates of the temple. Otherwise, we have not understood the true meaning of education.
Faced with this major challenge today is that emotional well-being, mental and relationships, it is time to explore new concrete levers to thrive and build another way to connect.
After a game that includes some essential points of the agreements, we will see how their implementation allows to set up his own tune and agree on relational attitudes and behaviors. We can then make a collective symphony.
Simple principles help to build on solid benchmarks, all from this ancient wisdom still in a search for balance and evolution.

This path runs, so, in a continuous discovery. This is not to seek out a solution but to let emerge interior solutions: yours. This book offers a way to create yourself, to transform the relationship step by step:
• self by taking the time to agree internally: reconcile,
• other by learning to fit together: get closer,
• The world loving agree with this life: rejoice ...
You can choose freely to live the agreements by modeling your style, fluid and open manner. The challenge is to broaden your thinking skills, listening and initiative.
