Finally, we are getting the X-Men with their original vibe! I was so excited to see a new take on an old approach.
Ikut-ikutan membaca jilid yang satu ini, murni gara-gara netizen heboh karena adanya penampakan 212 dan QS551 di halaman tertentu.Belum tentu bakal baca lanjutannya juga sih...
I find it ironic how controversial this issue was. yet its already in 4th printing...
Maybe giving this five stars is a bit too much, but I had a lot of fun, I was reminded a lot of my past enjoyment of X-Men and it made me super hopeful for the future of the X universe. What more could I ask for? Plus the all of X-history recap in the back was the cherry on top.
Rated 2/5 starsRead this purely because of the hype surrounding it (the 212 and all). Story-wise, not much happened because its really short since it's a single issue and not a collected issue. I do like that Kitty is taking charge now. Curious to continue because of the ending but I would much prefer to read a collected issue (for the sake of my curiosity HAHA)
........I'm thankful for the promise this series gives me. I'm not 100 or even 70% on board, but beggars can't be choosers. The writer hasn't come close to grasping Nightcrawler or Rachel and it's pretty damn obvious. But I will admit that this feels more like an X-Men book than anything I've seen in the last 3 years. I guess that's progress.
Loved it! I can't wait to see what Kitty Pryde does has leader of the X-Men. Also I was so excited to see what Gambit was up.

This was the last of the free issues I got from Comixology, but not the best. It reminds me of some Wolverine and the X-Men comics I have read, featuring adventure stories, scenes from the school, and the woes of the headmaster. This is like the second relaunch of an X-Men title in three years. This reader can barely count anymore because it felt like it was only last year that they rebooted the numbering of another X-Men title. This new series is something that I have been kind of looking forward to for a while until I finally picked up the first four issues it's really cool how they consist old man Logan in the series with the new wave of X-Men with a little bit of the old I highly recommend reading this book and starting the series

I'll reserve judgment/rating this until I read more, but I am pretty pleased with this first issue. I'm really glad they decided to take a back to basics approach, because the X-Men universe was getting convoluted.
Still not excitedI can't get into a straight up X-MEN story. I decided to try this new run, but nope, still can't get into it.
