This book was written to share ideas on how to make America, and any modern economy nation, great again. It is written for all the workers who are fearful that they won’t be able to secure meaningful jobs that provide for their livelihood due to the threats of low-cost labor in emerging economies. It is written to give hope to the dreamers who want to help their nation and the world with practical ideas, yet have not been given a fair opportunity to do so. It is written to provide real, tangible actions for Leaders of modern economy nations to consider and implement to create sustainable, responsible growth where every citizen is given a fair chance to participate and live a secure life of purpose.

The book provides paths to implement strong national states that are not only beneficial to their own nation and the World, but almost certainly going to be necessary to preserve livelihoods in modern economies. The movement of jobs to countries of lowest wage has been ongoing for many years now; surging populations of educated, middle-class people in emerging economies is going to exponentially magnify this problem without practical intervention. This book provides tangible actions that can be taken so that every nation can have a thriving work-force with a prudently diverse economic base.

The 2016 United States presidential election was clearly a polarizing event. Recently, a friend gave me one of the greatest gifts imaginable- the best chance to live a life of purpose by understanding perspectives. Regardless of your position on the US Presidential election of 2016, I am hopeful that after reading this book you will be able to approach any situation with a sense of optimism and find a way to be an effective contributor by appreciating perspectives. I am going to share the wisdom on how to understand and appreciate perspectives, and expand on it with additional insights, because I want to give everyone reading this book the same gift that my friend gave to me.

The ultimate practical goal for society should be to achieve prosperity, peace, and contentment of people around the World while enabling responsible and sustainable growth. To achieve this requires serious thought, foresight, tangible solutions, and working together.
