Gorgeous pictures of these beautiful creatures! Quotes about greyhounds throughout the book will ring true with any greyhound lover. A must coffee table book for anyone who loves these sweet and loving dogs.
Gorgeous pictures here. I really really really want a dog so bad.
Our library has a limited selection of books about greyhounds, and this was one of them. When I got it, I hadn't realized that it's mostly filled with pictures of greyhounds, and there are only a few essays included. That said, the photos were so gorgeous that I really enjoyed the book, and I felt like it gave me a deeper appreciation for this breed.
Greyhounds contains primarily photographs of greyhounds (both color and b&w, mostly color) as well as some quotes about greyhounds. There are several text passages as well (though the bulk of the book is photos). The photo's were interesting and beautiful, they will no doubt appeal to dog lovers, and most especially greyhound lovers.
