Mario Maré was an Italian artist who after an initial period in which it is dedicated to the traditional figurative painting, has suffered the charm of the Platonic solids, the cube in particular, which used to represent the time, the instant. And "Instants" are called many of his works.

Mario Maré was born in Florence in 1921, he has lived and worked in Milan and, for a short time, in Paris.
He taught painting in Milan.
Also in Milan, he has been actively dedicated to the art of baked enamel, which was excellent Master.
He has worked in newspapers and magazines Art.
He died in Milan in December 1993.
