When his uncle dies, Garrick Vaughn is stunned to learn Uncle David left him his promised inheritance of eleven million dollars, on one condition. He has to marry within forty-five days, and harder still, stay married for a year. His uncle always wanted him to reconcile with his ex-boyfriend after their bitter breakup, but that's not an option. Uncle David never knew that his ex was controlling and possessive. Garrick can't just pass up the money, though.
