Dreams can be dangerous. Every night for a week, Ruby Baker dreamed that her grandmother was attacked by a wolf. It wasn’t until her grandmother was found dead one morning due to an animal attack when Ruby wonder how close dreams are to reality. One night she goes to sleep and wakes up in her dreams. Yet, everything is real. She now wanders an ancient fantasy land in search of the wolf. She's a hunter, and more remarkable, she knows how to track down animals. When she meets a wounded man who has been hurt by the wolf, they decide to find the beast together. Although she’s attracted to the man, she realizes there’s something odd about him, and she fears he’s keeping a secret from her.
