Saigon Sunset is the story of a middle aged man who is unhappy with his job and how his life has turned out. He approaches his friends and former band mates and suggests that they reform their band Saigon Sunset, who released one single in the 80's before splitting and getting on with life. The three band members need to make contact with the only member of the band who has moved away from the town they grew up in. The story takes them to Edinburgh to meet their long lost friend where they attempt to persuade him to join them in their endeavours. The story takes in a number of characters and situations that test their fortitude and patience. Above all it is a story of love and friendship amongst grown men and people who really should know better.
