Christopher Mari was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and educated at Fordham University. He has edited books on a wide variety of topics, including three on space exploration. His writing has appeared in such magazines as America, Citizen Culture, Current Biography and U.S. Catholic. 47North will publish Ocean of Storms, the novel he wrote with Jeremy K. Brown, in 2016, and his solo novel, The Beachhead, in 2017.
