There Are Times When... is a collection of incidents, choices and non-choices which are routinely a part of all our lives. Like many authors I've tried to put those most important commonalities; those parts of the human experience we all share into the words of the stories told in this writing. Many of us having no idea how we got there, have found ourselves in stressful and sometimes life threatening situations. Standing in a crowd watching two people trying to kill each other: There are no innocent bystanders there. Then there are times when we bring unadulterated joy and laughter to all those around us.
