The story of Circe & Odysseus & how his men stayed on her island & learned that she wasn't a witch & stuff - & Zoey uses her water affinity to drive away the faith people at the HON Tulsa gate & goes to visit her brother & stops him from being bullied - idk the Odysseus cheating on his wife with Circe -___- like seriously.
5/5 Stars I just absolutely love the style of these graphic novels. I also liked the way they didn't follow the original storyline and made these different from the books. Definitely will have to buy the rest of the miniseries.
Still enjoying this series as a graphic novel series, but I do like the actual books better.

Why are the side stories better? I loved the reference to Odysseus and Circe and I love the interaction between Zoey and her brother, but that's about it.
Actually 2.5 starsI liked seeing Lenobia and Neferet, but the story didn't thrill me. Maybe because I'm Greek and they messed up a great story that we are even taught in school, but it could be that it wasn't as good as the previous ones.
