There were some interesting ideas here, but it wasn't nearly as good as the happiness project. It was repetitive at times, and a lot of it re-hashed advice that you can read in many self-help style books.
Great read to help you form better habits
I really enjoyed this book and picked up a lot of ideas on how to approach not just my own habits, but how to help others improve their habits. I really liked how the author broke down each section into smaller bite-sized chunks. It gives a reader the ability to really stop and think about whether they have a particular trait or not. She also goes into ideas for stopping or starting those particular traits. My only issue with the book was how generalized the book was. Honestly, a book that was a...
Lots of practical changes to make in your life to i process quality and happiness, would recommend to anyone trying to make a big change or improvement in their life.
I am happy that I read it, but in many parts it was very boring
I really enjoyed reading this book on forming new habits. It was a little preachy sometimes but all in all very illuminating to me
